Oil Mist Eliminator

Economically and efficiently filter out oil and water aerosols from you compressed air system, protecting products and processes from contamination. The OME has a low pressure drop of 0.5 - 1 psi, long cartridge life and is virtually maintenance free.

Condensate Management System

The CMS removes oil from compressor condensate automatically. This makes economical and environmentally-responsible disposal of these compressed air system by-products possible.

System Accessories

Aftercoolers

Models available air-cooled and water-colled in a wide range of sizes. The air-cooled aftercoolers, from 1/4 - 10 hp are equipped with ODP or TEFC motors in a variety of voltages. The water-cooled aftercoolers range from 40 - 2800 scfm.

Sigma Compressor Fluids

Designed to withstand heat, pressure and contaminants, the Sigma 4000 series offers semi-synthetic lubricants and the Sigma 8000 is a fully synthetic lubricant line. Omega Blower Fluids withstand high temperatures, are non-toxic and separate readily from water.

Kaeser Flow Controller

The KFC reduces the actual flow demand by virtually eliminating artificial demand and reducing leakage up to 30%. Unlike typical regulators, the KFC has a low internal pressure drop. Flows range from 250 - 4500 scfm. The KFC is easily installed in new or existing systems.
